Naturally creative, ambitious, and focused, He has worked his way from a small Spanish town where bartending was unheard of to serving at German Gymnasium. Learning English and perfecting his craft behind the bar has been a journey, but it's brought him closer to his dream. In 2023, He had the honor of being a judge at the London Spirits Competition, a milestone that reflects his dedication to the industry.

Tristan Stephenson
Tristan Stephenson, co-founder of Fluid Movement’s Purl and Worship Street Whistling Shop, started his journey in Cornwall. He’s inspired by Dave Arnold’s scientific approach to bartending. Winning CLASS Bartender of the Year in 2011 was a standout moment for him. Formerly a Diageo brand ambassador, Tristan is also a social media influencer with over 8,000 Instagram followers, sharing his expertise and tips..

Claudia Carrozzi
Claudia Carrozzi, the first female President of the UK Bartenders Guild and Cunard's Beverage Development Manager, began her career in Tuscany’s vineyards and a local gelateria at 15.Her career highlights include roles at Relais & Chateaux and The Rosewood Hotel. She will also be judging the 2025 London Spirits Competition.

Giusy Castaldo
Giusy Castaldo, Mixologist at Kwãnt By The Sea, infuses bartending with curiosity, passion, and a dynamic approach. Her vibrant energy and team spirit shine through, making her a standout in the industry. In 2022, she brought her expertise as a judge at the London Spirits Competition. Giusy’s dedication and deep love for cocktails make her an invaluable asset to any bar.

Nelson Bernardes
Nelson Bernardes, from Portugal, spent seven years running his own bar before moving to London to hone his cocktail skills. He started at Kingsway Hall, worked at The Waldorf Hilton, and was previously the Bar Manager at The Churchill Bar & Terrace. He now serves as the Spirits Portfolio Brands Manager at Friarwood Fine Wines.

Giuseppe Destefano
Giuseppe Destefano, Head Bartender at Nipperkin, relocated from South Italy to the UK six years ago to pursue his passion. His talent shone at the Ritz Hotel, where he won the N3 Gin Competition and 'the mixing star,' leading him to the Asia 50 Best Bar ceremony. In 2024, he also served as a judge for the London Spirits Competition.

Forray András
Forray András, with eight years of experience, now leads as Head Bartender at Maison Assouline. Known for his mixology skills, he’s earned distinctions such as Best Whisky Cocktail in 2015, a top spot in Budapest’s bars in 2018, and winning the Disznókő Tokaj competition. András also had the privilege of judging the 2024 London Spirits Competition.

Salvatore Calabrese
Salvatore Calabrese is one of the world’s top bartenders, known for his award-winning expertise and global influence. As a consultant, competition judge, and former President of the UK Bartenders’ Guild, he’s shaped the industry with his best-selling books and barware. Salvatore’s passion for flavor began early in a bar on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, setting the stage for his illustrious career.

Cristiana Pirinu
Cristiana Pirinu, Bar Supervisor at The Donovan Bar, hails from Bosa in North Sardinia. Inspired by her family's industry ties, she moved to London at 19 and worked at Aqua Kyoto, Nueva, and The Donovan Bar. Her win at the 2019 Amaro Montenegro competition boosted her confidence and solidified her passion for bartending.
